Karriärföretagen annually appoints employers offering unique career and development opportunities for recent graduates and young professionals. For the fifth consecutive year, HiQ is named a Karriärföretag (Career Company) with the statement that the company is a pioneering employer that stands out in the technology and consulting industry.

To be appointed a Karriärföretag, companies that meet a number of basic criteria are examined by an expert panel consisting of specialists in HR, web, career counseling, marketing, and social media. The expert panel then rates the employers, and those receiving the highest scores move on to the next stage. Finally, a jury selects the top employers for next year's Karriärföretag.
