​What are you currently working on?
​
​- Right now, I’m mainly working on a new website for an authority, both as lead UX Designer and Accessibility specialist. But I’m also involved in many other projects where we need to deliver accessible solutions. I act as support to the team and the client as well as testing designs and functions to ensure that they live up to the rules and requirements for accessibility. So, I'm involved in many different projects, which is fun!

​What is the best thing with working at HiQ?
​
​- My closest colleagues (you are the best ❤️‍🔥). I’ve also had great opportunities to develop as I have wanted to. I started as a web developer, then became interested in UX Design after a while. As I learned more about UX, I came across accessibility. Of course, everyone should have a good user experience, regardless of their strengths or weaknesses. Then I had the opportunity to learn more about accessibility as well and became a certified Web accessibility specialist.

​What do you do when you are not working?
​
​- I spend time with my partner and my son or other loved ones, preferably out in nature. I love to be in the woods or by the sea, go on vacation in the car with our roof tent, pick mushrooms in the fall, hike up mountains in Norway, watch sunrises or sunsets, work out, ride MTB, cook… or just binge watch a good series.
